I am proud to announce that I will finally be leaving this country by the end of the week to be in my Spanish homeland on the Iberian Peninsula. Well I’m not really from Spain, but I could be… somewhere along my family tree. One thing that I failed to mention in my past blogs is that I will soon be studying abroad for 5 weeks in Barcelona, Spain. (CAN I GET A WHOOP!) But it was not easy by ANY means!

For those of you who have been hanging on my every word and have grown weary with anticipation for my next post, I apologize for leaving you hanging. For those of you just browsing the page, WELCOME!
As you know, Texas A&M University is a school built on tradition. (Tradition – that’s a word you’ll hear at least 10 times a day in College Station.) Now don’t think that I’m going to start brainwashing your pliable minds about stories involving our 12th Man or contagious wildcats (you’ll get enough of that “hullabaloo” at Fish Camp…); I want to talk to you about making your own traditions. I have so many things to tell you guys!! I almost forgot how crazy things get around this time of the semester. Here in College Station I am having to deal with a lot of last minute things before finals. I have been in constant contact with the financial aid office; which I highly recommend because there are soo many students at the university. You want to make sure that everything is set for the upcoming school year.
