Letter from Department Head

The Department of Marketing emphasizes the study of customer behaviors and the use of that feedback to help organizations thrive. Our department offers three degree programs:

  • Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing
  • Master of Science in Marketing
  • Ph.D. in Business Administration – Marketing

Emphasis on Customer Orientation
Our programs are designed to provide students with the tools and skills they need to be customer-oriented business leaders who are ethically sensitive and globally aware. We prepare students to be marketing executives who listen to their customers, keep their finger on the pulse of the marketplace and use what they learn to develop products and services that meet and exceed customer needs.

Encouraging Innovation
Faculty members encourage students to develop innovative solutions based on customer feedback. Students also explore ways to enhance customer loyalty.
