Mona Srivastava is a 5th year doctoral candidate in the department of Marketing. Her research interests are in customer relationship management and consumer behavior, in particular in the areas of fairness, privacy, and service failure management.

She holds Masters degree in Marketing from the University of Mumbai, India. Prior to joining the PhD program she worked for eight years in Sales and Marketing in Mumbai, India.
