Charley B. Clark
Biography
Mr. Clark joined the Texas A&M faculty in 1983. He also is Director of Internal Audit for the University. His prior work experience includes staff accountant at Arthur Andersen & Company, controller of a construction company, and partner in a local large CPA firm. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Texas Society of CPAs, the Institute of Certified Internal Auditors, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, the Texas Association of College and University Auditors (past president), and the Association of College and University Auditors. Mr. Clark's professional areas of interest include accounting and assurance services (primarily internal auditing).
