Biography
Professor Flagg teaches the doctoral auditing seminar as well as the graduate and undergraduate classes in auditing. He has published articles relating to auditing (financial, operational, and environmental), financial accounting, SEC reporting, fraud, and bankruptcy in both academic and professional journals. In addition, Professor Flagg spent nine years with Coopers & Lybrand, L.L.P., including five years as a senior audit manager in the Houston and National offices. He is past Chair of the American Accounting Association’s Minority Faculty Development Committee and continues to serve on several Departmental and University wide committees. Professor Flagg is also the faculty advisor for several student organizations.Education
