Biography
Gary Giroux has been a professor in the Department of Accounting for 20 years. He is the author of Dollars & Scholars, Scribes and Bribes: The Story of Accountingcoauthor of Financial Forecasting in Bankingand Nonprofit Sleuthsand two AICPA governmental audit courses. He has published over 50 articles which have appeared in journals including Accounting Review, Journal of Accounting Research, Accounting, Organizations and Society, Journal of Accounting and Public Policyand Research in Governmental and Nonprofit Accountingmade over 25 research presentations, and serves on two editorial boards. His research interests are governmental accounting and accounting history.Education
