Biography
Dr. Wendy Boswell is the Rebecca U. '74 and William S. Nichols III '74 Associate Professor of Management in the Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. Her research focuses on employee attraction and retention, job search behavior, dispute resolution, and work-life stress. Her work appears in such journals as the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Management, and Human Resource Management.
Dr. Boswell serves on the editorial boards of the Academy of Management Review, Personnel Psychology, and Journal of Applied Psychology and is an Associate Editor for Journal of Management.
