Wendy R. Boswell

Biography

Dr. Wendy Boswell is an Associate Professor and Mays Research Fellow in the Department of Management, Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. She is also the Director of the Center for Human Resource Management at Texas A&M. Her research focuses on employee attraction and retention, job search behavior, conflict management, and work stress. Her work appears in such journals as the Academy of Management Journal, Academy of Management Review, Journal of Applied Psychology, Personnel Psychology, Journal of Vocational Behavior, Journal of Management, and Human Resource Management.

Dr. Boswell serves on the editorial boards of Personnel Psychology and Journal of Applied Psychology and is an Associate Editor for Journal of Management.
