Biography

Richard T. Hise teaches and conducts research in marketing strategy and international marketing. Dr. Hise's 70+ articles have appeared in such publications as the Journal of Marketing, Business Horizons, Journal of Global Marketing, Sloan Management Review, Journal of Product Innovation Management, Research-Technology Management, Industrial Marketing Management, and Marketing Management.
Dr. Hise has authored or co-authored five books on personal selling, product management and marketing strategy. A consultant to major companies (Hotel Sofitel, Rosewood Properties, Color Tile, Mary Kay Cosmetics, Fleetwood Enterprises, IBM Consulting Group, Lockheed Martin, Harley Davidson, etc.), he has conducted executive development workshops for such companies as Hoffman-LaRoche Pharmaceuticals, Bryan/College Station Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Market Center, Indiana Farm Bureau Cooperative, Specialty Advertising Association, Garden Center Institute, and Halliburton.
