Andrew T. Hinrichs

Biography

Andrew T. Hinrichs is a doctoral student in organizational studies at the Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. His research interests center around leadership, followership, authority, teams, ethics, and issues of leader legitimacy. He has presented his research at  the Academy of Management, the Western Academy of Management and the Southwest Academy of Management. He obtained his M.B.A. from University of New Mexico, Albuquerque, New Mexico and his B.A. in business/economics from Wheaton College, Wheaton, Illinois.
