O.E. (Ed) Elmore

Biography

Mr. Elmore has been an adjunct faculty member of the Department of Finance since 1991 and Department of Management since 1982. He is vice-president and shareholder of Hoelscher, Lipsey & Elmore, Attorneys-at-Law, College Station.

Mr. Elmore's most recent publication is Texas Property Tax Law 1997, a seminar manual for the Texas Property Texas Education Coalition in conjunction with the Texas Real Estate Research Center of Texas A&M University.

He is a member of Phi Beta Kappa, Phi Kappa Phi, United States Supreme Court, United States Tax Court, State Bar of Texas, United States Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the United States Western District Court of Texas.
