Louise Darcey has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Texas in Austin and a masters degree from Texas A&M University, plus an additional 60 credit hours past her masters degree from TAMU.
Before joining the Information and Operations Systems Department, Ms. Darcey taught in the mathematics departments at Texas A&M University and at Oklahoma State University. Her background is in the fields of accounting, business information systems, statistics, and mathematics. Her primary teaching responsibilities are in the Business Object Oriented Programming with JAVA class (ISYS 322), the Business Statistics class (SCMT 303), the Large Scale Information Systems Using Java class (ISYS 477), and Object Oriented Analysis and Design (ISYS 430/633). Her consulting experiences have dealt with information systems, database, and statistics.
