Executive MBA class sessions are held from 9:00 am – 4:30 pm on Fridays and Saturdays of alternating weekends at our Mays Business School CityCentre campus, a mixed-use urban development conveniently located in Houston’s Energy Corridor located at the intersection of Beltway 8 and Interstate 10 in West Houston.
Residency Week is the kickoff to your Executive MBA journey held at Mays Business School on the Texas A&M University campus in College Station. This week sets the stage for the program’s rigorous curriculum, while allowing participants to experience the renowned ‘Aggie Spirit’ firsthand. During Residency Week, participants complete the first series of program modules. These include modules that serve as the foundation for the program’s curriculum – leadership, team building skills, communication skills, the case method, and data analysis.
Residency Week also provides participants the opportunity to network with previous graduates, faculty and classmates. Former Executive MBA participants return for a candid panel discussion of the “first-year” experience including how to successfully balance your education, work and family life. Social events held throughout the week allow for participants to informally interact with each other and the EMBA faculty – beginning the camaraderie that continues into the classroom.
