A Wise Investment
Mays Business School became a formal college at Texas A&M University in 1968. Since then, we have quickly evolved from an undergraduate-focused, regional-level institution to one of a handful of public business schools that is consistently recognized through national rankings for the quality of our undergraduate and MBA programs and faculty scholarship.
Realizing our potential, Mr. Lowry Mays ’57, chairman and CEO of Clear Channel Communications Inc. made a significant investment in the then-College of Business Administration in the mid 1990s. Renaming the school in his honor, Mays Business School seeks to build upon its history and become one of the nation’s top 10 public business schools.
