Requests for support
There are several ways to reach Mays IT:
- Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and a service request will automatically be created.
- Submit a service request. You may need to log in to see the drop down menu. Log in with your Mays email address.
- You can dial 7-HELP from any A&M phone or (979) 847-4357.
- Stop by! Walk-ups are always welcome and we can open a request for you. We are located in room 235. Feel free to come by. We are here from 8 AM to 5 PM, but we close our door during the lunch hour.
- If you need immediate help, please ask your front office staff. They know several ways to reach us in an emergency.
