Blackstone LaunchPad is hosting a series of workshops starting Fall 2017. The first one, “How to start a restaurant business” will focus on everything you need to know before starting in the food industry, whether it be a catering business, restaurant, food truck or food delivery service.

Guest speakers:

– Chef Tai Lee (Veritas Wine & Bistro, Paolo’s Italian Kitchen, Madden’s Casual Gourmet, Chef Tai Mobile Bistro)

– Wade Beckman (Shipwreck Grill)

– Wade Barkman (the Republic Steakhouse)

The workshop will begin with our panel of chefs telling their story and a Q&A. The audience will then break up into smaller groups, with the guest speakers rotating to each address particular issues of the restaurant industry.

After the event we will have a SBOA Meet and Greet at West End Elixir until 10 p.m.
