How to apply

The link to the master’s program application can be found at the top of this page. The Master of Real Estate program is currently admitting qualified students for the fall and spring semesters. Applications submitted with test scores by March 1, 2009 and October 1, 2009, will receive priority consideration. (Although the Mays Business School Web site indicates that the fall semester deadline for U.S. applicants is May 31, we encourage applicants to apply by the March 1 priority consideration date as our class often fills with applicants from the priority pool.)

Deadline for International applicant late review is February 15 for Fall entry and September 15 for Spring entry.

Financial aid

Students enrolled in the Master of Real Estate program are eligible for a limited number of program scholarships. In addition, all applicants are automatically considered for a limited number of departmental, college, and university-level scholarships and fellowships.
