Master of Real Estate Program Overview
The Master of Real Estate program is a 37-hour, non-thesis graduate program that develops the advanced competencies and skills needed for a successful career in the real estate industry.
The program consists of 11 core courses and two electives that you may select from a broad range of classes. Depending upon your career interest and goals, you may decide to take additional electives to further develop your proficiency in a supporting area of knowledge.
Our program integrates the studies of real estate and business through a broad curriculum, including accounting, finance, law, and a professional internship. By using economic theory and financial concepts to develop the competencies for analyzing real estate markets and real estate values, you will be prepared for a career in diverse areas of the industry, including:
