Curriculum

16 Month Option

Most students take 16 months to complete the program. The breakdown for students with an undergraduate business degree would be:

  • First Year:
    • Fall – 11 hours
    • Spring – 13 hours
    • Summer – 3-hour internship
  • Second Year:
    • Fall – 9 hours
  • Total: 36 hours

12 Month Option

Current Texas A&M University students who are accepted into the program their Junior year and are able to take two or three graduate courses during the fall of their Senior year, can finish the program in 12 months after completing their Bachelor’s degree. The breakdown for these students would be:

  • Senior Year:
    • Fall – 3 or 6 hours of MS-Marketing coursework (MKTG 625 and, if possible, one of 650/656/671) in addition to required undergraduate courses.
    • Spring – Required undergraduate courses
    • Summer – 3-hour MS-Marketing internship
  • Graduate School Year:
    • Fall – 11 or 14 hours
    • Spring – 13 hours
  • Total: 36 hours
