Mays' MS/HRM program helps you develop four core skill areas – conceptual, technical, interpersonal and communication. Our program not only provides specialized coursework in the area of HRM. But, it also exposes you to the core components of management, as well as an organization’s functional areas – accounting, finance, marketing and operations.
