Charlie AdamsCharlie Adams is a Senior Manager in Assurance and Business Advisory Services with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Houston. He grew up in New Braunfels and currently lives in Houston. He graduated from Texas A&M University in 2003 with a Master of Science in Marketing and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting. During his time at Texas A&M, he was part of the Texas A&M Track and Field Team, as well as involved with many organizations on campus. In his current job, Charlie works with SEC filing clients, while specializing in the Private Client Group. In conjunction with his client service work for the firm, Charlie has taken a lead role within the firm’s business development team creating opportunities for the firm in all lines of service. Additionally, he is heavily involved with the company’s campus recruiting team as he finds it a great way to preserve and grow his ties with Texas A&M. Along with serving on this Advisory Board, he also sits on the Mays Business School Professional Program of Accounting Advisory Board. Away from work, Charlie enjoys outdoor hobbies such as hunting and fishing. He lives in Houston with his wife Nicky (Thrasher) Adams ’01 who is the head soccer coach at Rice University. |

John T. BalkemaJohn T. Balkema is Product Manager in the Core Components group of Caterpillar Inc. He previously served as Global Talent Manager. John joined Caterpillar in 1998 as a Marketing Specialist for the North American Commercial Division. He held the Marketing Rep. Position in Nashville, TN before returning to Peoria, IL in 2001 as the Small Tractor and Tract Excavator Industry Manager for North America. Prior to joining Caterpillar, John worked for American Home Productions in New Jersey and Iowa serving in several Sales and Marketing roles. He is a graduate of Iowa State University with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business with an emphasis in Marketing. John serves on the Employers Advisory Board at Bradley University, and the Technical Advisory Board for Skills U.S.A. John lives in Peoria, IL with his wife Julie and three daughters Lauren (13), Lindsey (11), and Lexie (8). |

Jeffrey E. BorganJeff Borgan is Senior Vice President of Business Development for Curtiss Wright Flow Control Oil & Gas Systems. In this position Jeff is responsible to assist Oil & Gas Systems in developing a global sales organization and expanding Curtiss-Wright’s global footprint as new facilities are opened in key locations around the world. Prior to this assignment, Jeff was Senior Vice President of Valve Systems & Controls (VSC), another Curtiss Wright Flow Control business unit, where he is responsible for all functions of VSC. Jeff has extensive experience in industrial sales and marketing, both in manufacturing and distribution. Jeff has a BS in Industrial Distribution from Texas A&M University. He has one child, who is a 2005 graduate of Texas A&M, and lives with Kathie, his wife, in Houston, Texas. |

Yvonne Y. BourquinYvonne Bourquin is a commercial client marketing manager for Advanced Micro Devices, Inc., where she manages the alliance with AMD’s largest customer, Hewlett-Packard, to direct commercial marketing strategy and investment. She began her career with NetNearU Corporation in Bryan, Texas, as the Director of Business Development and Contract Administration. Yvonne then moved to Houston to work at Hewlett-Packard for the next six years, holding worldwide and regional marketing positions in both the commercial and consumer segments. While at HP, Yvonne served as launch manager for the #1 consumer notebook business group in the world and also managed several multi-million dollar marketing programs. She has a passion for a variety of marketing facets, including strategy, messaging, research and campaigns. A third-generation Aggie, Yvonne graduated Cum Laude from Texas A&M University with her BBA in Marketing and Certificates in Retailing and International Business in May 2001. After a summer working in France, she began her studies for a Master of Science in Marketing with Brand Management concentration and graduated in December 2002. Yvonne lives in the Houston area with her husband and fellow Aggie, Brant, and their dog, Boomer. |

Justin CadeJustin Cade works for BP in its commodities trading group, headquartered in Houston. He graduated from A&M with his BBA in 2003 and from the MS Marketing program in the fall of 2004. Justin went to work for BP in Chicago that spring and held roles in retail management, real estate and supply reliability. In 2008, he moved back to Houston in the commodity trading group; first in a logistics role, then trading analytics and, later, asset supply balancing. He just accepted his first management role, working as the lead of the logistics group of which he was previously a member. In his free time, Justin is a weekend golfer and occasional cyclist. |

Tami CannizzaroTami Cannizzaro is Account Supervisor at SPM Communications, a Dallas-based PR agency, as well as an independent marketing and PR consultant. She began her career at Neiman Marcus in their Executive Development Program, working in management on the store side and in the corporate office as a men’s furnishings buyer. At Zale Corp. Tami shifted gears to manage marketing and advertising for the Bailey Banks & Biddle brand. Leaving the world of retail to work for Nokia, she was responsible for identifying, evaluating, negotiating, activating and managing a $25+ MM national sponsorship marketing portfolio. After several years in telecom, Tami moved back to the retail side at Blockbuster. In her strategic marketing role, she was responsible for the development, planning and execution of corporate marketing initiatives including the launch of the Blockbuster Movie Pass. She left to become Marketing Director at 7-Eleven, managing the marketing team for non-food categories as well as the Team 7-Eleven Indycar racing team. Returning to Blockbuster, Tami was Director of Marketing Public Relations, promoting the brand through PR and marketing and was instrumental in launching the company’s social media efforts. Tami is a 1980 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BS in Engineering Technology and received her MBA from Texas A&M in 1984. She also received a Graduate Marketing Certificate from SMU in 1999. Tami lives in Dallas with her husband Tom and four-legged daughter, Kylie. |

Elaine DausyMs. Elaine Dausy is a Marketing Specialist with FedEx Corporation, which was voted number thirteen on Fortune’s List of World’s Most Admired brands. Elaine received her M.S. Marketing degree from Texas A&M University in December 2007, and her B.B.A. in Marketing from A&M in August of 2006. Her internship with FedEx in Memphis led to an offer of employment in the Dallas office. She currently works in FedEx Services on the Customer Strategy and Promotions Team under the National Promotions. |

Lauren EngebretsonLauren Engebretson is Manager of the Modular Systems value and market positioning at HP. She graduated with a Bachelor of Communications degree from the University of Houston-Victoria in 2001 and with a Masters of Science in Marketing degree from Mays Business School in 2007. She has had experience in several industries including retail, food service, higher education, and technology. Her positions include business management, higher education training and marketing, and business development. Before promotion to her current position, she was a Product Marketing Manager for HP BladeSystems, the fastest growing sever division at HP. On a personal note, Lauren's hobbies include kayaking, fishing, and spending time with her friends and family. |

Sterling HaymanSterling Hayman is a Client Services Director at TracyLocke Advertising in Dallas, Texas, which was named 2011 Agency of the Year by Promo Magazine. Sterling earned his Bachelor of Political Science degree from Texas A&M in 1996, and was editor in chief of The Battalion. At TracyLocke, Sterling is responsible for leading all strategic planning and advertising/promotions activity on 7-Eleven, Clorox, Sony PlayStation and the Dallas Stars. TracyLocke’s work on Sterling’s accounts has led to numerous industry awards, including 2 Cannes Gold Lions, 2 One Show Pencils, numerous Addy’s, Communications Arts, among others. Prior to TracyLocke, Sterling has worked in various account service positions at Publicis, DDB Needham and the late Berry Brown Advertising, on accounts such as Sara Lee, Nestle Ice Cream, Tabasco, Mrs Baird’s Bread, Imperial Sugar, Quaker Oats and Friendly’s restaurants. |

Kim KemperKim Kemper is Vice President of Marketing for the Texas Farm Bureau Insurance Companies in Waco, Texas. She is a 1989 graduate of Texas A&M University with a BA in Speech Communications. Kim began her career in advertising working on a variety of brands - American Airlines, Long John Silver's, and Terminix. She later began managing advertising campaigns within the technology sector for clients like Compaq Computer Corporation. In 1995, Kim moved her career and life to Utah to work on the Netscape IPO and 2.0 product launch and all things interactive. After several years honing her craft, Kim moved her career over to the other side of the pond and began working in London to build a pan-European interactive strong-hold for EURO RSCG and Clients such as Intel, Iomega, and Procter & Gamble. Kim moved back state-side to take part in the dot-com boom and worked Client-side for the next 5 years for a private financial services firm as the director of web development and product marketing. Before taking her present job last year, Kim was back on the Agency-side of the desk providing strategic digitial media solutions for Clients such as AT&T, Levitra, TXU, and others. Kim resides with her husband Chris and children Bailey Lou (11) and Jack (6) in Waco, Texas. |

Lauren (Calvert) LambLauren Lamb is Assistant Director of Digital Audience Development at The Dallas Morning News. Responsible for all digital platforms across A. H. Belo’s four newspapers, Lauren primarily establishes and grows relationships with subscribers via social media, mobile and tablet applications, email, video, search, registration, and replica editions. She also led the company's subscriber content initiative and launched the first successful paywall in a metro newspaper nationwide. As part of the new Audience team within the company, Lauren helps to identify opportunities, develop the business case and implement new products into the emerging digital space in addition to leading outside media campaigns, such as “The Next Generation of The Dallas Morning News.” Lauren is a December 2008 graduate from Texas A&M University with a M.S. Marketing degree in addition to a May 2007 graduate with a B.B.A. degree in Marketing. She resides with her husband, Ryan, in Plano, Texas. |

Kathy LeonardKathy Leonard is the co-founder and President of Freeman+Leonard, a firm designed to provide a full suite of marketing and advertising services to corporate marketers and agencies. Freeman+Leonard offers a full scope of services including access to senior experts in areas ranging from strategy, planning, brand management, account leadership, creative and media. Kathy’s own background and experience entail brand strategy and advertising, promotional marketing and retail/shopper marketing. She has more than 25 years of advertising experience in account service working on such brands as Clorox, Frito-Lay, Cargill’s Honeysuckle White Turkey products, MasterCard International, Cingular Wireless, Nokia Mobile Phones, RIM/Blackberry, Radio Shack, Sara Lee, Texas Commerce Bank and more. Prior to co-founding Freeman+Leonard, Kathy was the president and member of the executive leadership team of TracyLocke, an Omnicom-owned national advertising and promotion agency. Before joining TracyLocke, Kathy was president of The Integer Group Dallas, a retail and promotions agency, and was a senior account director with international advertising agency DDB. Steven B. MooreSteve Moore is Chief Marketing Officer at Texas A&M University. He assumed the newly created position at his alma mater on August 1, 2005 with a charge to provide campus-wide oversight for marketing, media relations, internal and external communications, brand architecture and content for top-level Web site communications, along with market research and positioning and branding efforts. Prior to joining the Texas A&M administration, Moore was Senior Vice President at IMG, the world’s largest sports marketing company and also served as Managing Director of the firm’s international stadium and arena business group. In that capacity, he had major management responsibilities at Wembley National Stadium in England. Moore previously served as Vice President of Worldwide Sports for the Coca-Cola Company, for which he managed sponsorships for the Salt Lake City Olympics and Korea/Japan World Soccer. Earlier in his carrier, he held other increasingly responsible positions at Coca-Cola, including brand manager for Coca-Cola Classic and brands director for the United Kingdom and Ireland, at which time he was based in London. Moore’s other experience includes corporate consulting regarding the role of sports in corporate development with companies such as Visa, AT&T, several National Football League franchises and NASCAR clients. Also, he served as Vice President of International Marketing for Outback Steakhouse. He earned a BBA in marketing at Texas A&M in 1979 and an MBA there in 1986. Moore was reared in Dallas and a graduate of Hillcrest High School. He and his wife Sharon have been married 29 years and have four children. |

David A. ParadisDavid Paradis is Director Global Sales & Marketing for Tyco Flow Control. He is responsible for managing all aspects of sales and marketing for Tyco Flow Control’s Pressure Management & Instrumentation Division. He started his career as a co-op student with Keystone International in 1990. Keystone was acquired by Tyco International in 1997. Prior to his current position, David held various positions of increasing responsibility in sales and marketing including: Applications Specialist, Regional Sales Manager, Manager of Sales & Marketing Operations, Global Product Manager, Regional Vice President of Sales and Director of Global Industry Marketing. David has extensive experience in industrial sales and distribution, industrial brand management, global account management, strategy development and M&A activity. David has an MBA and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Texas A&M University. David and his wife Lindsey have four children, Christina, Abigail, Andrew, and Parker. Tasha ProskeTasha Proske is the Operations Manager for the Southwest region for Alvarez & Marsal Business Consulting, LLC, and has experience within HR, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, and IT. Specifically in her Operations role, she manages staffing for over 100 resources, plans and executes hiring and recruiting, manages compensation, the performance management process, financials and operations. Prior to this role, she was a Consultant where she assisted in process definition, financial reporting development, change management, and Business Performance Management (BPM). Tasha also has international business experience through studying and working in Italy and England. Karen RaskopfKaren Raskopf is Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications for Dunkin’ Brands. She has had a 30-year career in public relations working for a wide range of industries, including big-brand retailers, the entertainment field, quick-service restaurants and a large gas utility. Since 2009, Karen has served as Chief Communications and Government Affairs Officer for Dunkin’ Brands, Inc., the parent company of Dunkin’ Donuts and Baskin-Robbins. In her current position, Karen is responsible for all aspects of the company’s global public relations and government affairs, including internal, franchisee and executive communications, marketing and crisis public relations, event management, corporate social responsibility and customer care. She is currently based in Boston, Massachusetts, but commutes to Dallas, Texas, every other weekend to spend time with her family. Prior to joining Dunkin’ Brands, she spent 12 years as the Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications for Blockbuster Inc. She also served as head of communications for 7-Eleven, Inc. Earlier in her career, she held positions with Gannett Broadcasting, the former Tandy Corporation, and a large gas utility company. She is the recipient of several communications awards, has been a featured speaker at numerous international public relations conferences and has served on several boards including most recently, the Dallas Women’s Foundation, the National Alumni Board of the University of Dallas, and the student-operated RealWorld Integrated Marketing Communications Agency at TCU. Karen graduated summa cum laude from the University of Dallas with a degree in English. Her husband and younger daughter, a junior in high school, reside in Dallas, Texas. Her older daughter is entering her sophomore year at Texas A&M. |

Andie WrightAndie Wright is a Management Consultant with Convectus Solutions. She is a former Senior Principal with Infosys Consulting where she worked in the Retail, Consumer Products, and Logistics practice. She previously worked as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Consulting, LLP. Andie has 16 years of retail consulting experience, helping clients to improve business performance through business process and organization redesign, resulting in improved efficiencies, streamlined operations, and cost reduction. Prior to consulting, Andie worked in the retail industry for May Department Stores as well as several national apparel retailers including Women’s Specialty Retailing and Hit or Miss Stores. The positions she has held include Buyer and Divisional Sales Manager. Andie received her B.A. from Bucknell University. |
