Abstract
In the 21st Century all types of businesses rely on e-commerce to market their products and services. This paper describes the beginnings of e-commerce, identifies e-risks, and reviews the expanding use of e-commerce to market goods and services on the Internet. In addition, a brief description is provided of corporate policies pertaining to e-commerce websites.
