Transfer Student Scholarships

Scholarships for incoming transfer students are available through the sources listed below.

Note: Only after you are enrolled in classes at Mays Business School you can apply for the scholarships available to our current students.

Transfer scholarships

This scholarship is for transfer students previously attending a two-year institution. Scholarships are awarded for one year and range from $500 to $3,000. For more information, contact the Department of Student Financial Aid.

Honors Program scholarships

The University Honors Program Office handles academic scholarships for transfer students. These scholarships are available for students transferring from both four-year institutions and Texas community/junior colleges.

Foundation Excellence Award

Foundation Excellence Award scholarships are open to entering transfer students. This scholarship is designed to assist students from underrepresented groups, including minorities and those from economically or educationally disadvantaged backgrounds.

Other scholarships

There are many scholarships offered by local, regional and national organizations which can be used at Texas A&M. These other scholarships have various criteria, so check out the individual web sites to learn more. This list is not all-inclusive.
