Mays Business School Fellows Program
Fellows is a premier undergraduate professional development
program of Mays Business School with excellence as
its cornerstone. Students in the program seek excellence
and fulfillment through lasting relationships and effective
teamwork. They accomplish this by committing their
time and talents to each other and by living with integrity.
Students apply in the fall of their junior year by
completing an extensive application and interview process.
This process culminates in the selection of approximately
50 upper-level business students. These students represent
the top 1% within the Mays Business School.
In the spring semester, fellows participate in a team-development retreat.
They also attend seminars on personal and professional development topics and
have the opportunity to visit Wall Street and companies in New York City during
spring break. During the fall semester, the Fellows' seminars focus on leadership
skills and various business models. They complete a major community service
project that provides a vehicle for applying their problem solving, communication,
teamwork and leadership skills in a real situation.
