Discover Your Leadership Potential at LINC

The Leadership Initiative Conference (LINC), sponsored by ConocoPhillips and presented by the Flippen Leadership Institute, is a robust one-day conference where select high school seniors will experience influential speakers, engage in small-group discussions, and solve real business problems. Future student delegates will be empowered to develop essential leadership skills required to succeed in college and in the business world.

LINC welcomes diverse, driven students to an inclusive environment where they will learn leadership skills, think critically in challenging situations, build a rich community of motivated peers, and begin a legacy of ethical leadership and selfless service as future professionals. LINC is a free, in-person event.

Being part of the LINC team means surrounding myself with driven, service-minded individuals who not only care about their own growth but are also deeply invested in the success and future of those around them.”

Words can hardly express the impact the Leadership Initiative Conference (LINC) has had on my journey at Texas A&M. As a prospective student still deciding where to attend college, attending LINC as a delegate gave me the confidence to make my decision based on what truly mattered; the people, the culture, and the sense of ‘home’ I experienced.
