Dealmakers in Mergers and Acquisitions

Mays’ undergraduates have an opportunity to enhance their degrees by participating in our High Impact Courses. Dealmakers in Mergers and Acquisitions exclusive professionally-led program teaching students about investment banking, private equity, corporate M&A, transaction consulting or other M&A and transaction-related professional services fields.

Program Overview

Students must be a 4th year undergraduate or 5th year graduate student in good standing with minimum GPA of 3.40 from any major at the Mays Business School. Course prerequisites for undergraduate students include ACCT 229/230 (Introductory Accounting), and FINC 341 (Business Finance).

Summary

Credit Hours: 3 Fall Only

Eligible Applicants: BBA, MBA, PPA, MS, and Non-Business Majors

Course: ACCT 447 or AACT 647
