Biography

Alexis serves as the Program Coordinator for the Flippen Leadership Institute. Previously, she held the role of Tour Program Coordinator for the Department of Residence Life from 2022-2025 and enjoyed instructing a semester of the “Hullabaloo-U” First Year Experience course weekly for freshman. Before joining as professional staff full-time, Alexis enjoyed working as a Tour Guide and Program Ambassador in the DRL Tour Program where she provided high-quality group and VIP tour experiences, streamlined Aggieland Saturday programming, and implemented new training protocols with an emphasis on personal leadership and self-awareness for student employees.

Originally from south Louisiana, Alexis grew up in Katy, TX and came to Texas A&M University in 2018 to complete her B.A. Psychology major and Spanish minor. She is currently pursuing a Masters of Science at Texas A&M University in Educational Human Resource Development and is in the process of earning a certification in professional coaching through the International Coaching Federation.

In her current role, Alexis is committed to cultivating an environment that forges leaders of integrity and purpose, guided by her belief that everyone has “gold-star” potential and by her calling to help others develop their talents to positively impact the world.
