Biography

Carlee Latham is the Assistant Director of Employer Engagement for the Graduate Career Management Center at Mays Business School. She leads strategic partnerships between employers and Mays specialty masters programs, connecting organizations with students through intentional, high-impact engagement opportunities.

In her role, Carlee manages employer outreach and relationship development across graduate programs, supporting recruiting through events, classroom engagement, experiential learning, and customized talent pipelines. She plays a key role in planning and executing employer-facing initiatives including networking events, industry panels, and recruiting forums, with a focus on long-term partnership value and measurable outcomes.

Carlee brings a people-centered, process-driven approach to employer engagement, creating clear frameworks and resources that help employers navigate campus recruiting while preparing students to engage professionally and confidently.
