Carolyn Allen

Biography

Carolyn joined the Teaching and Learning Innovation Team at Mays Business School in September 2025 as the Senior Administrative Coordinator I for the Associate Dean of Academic Innovation. She brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, having served in a variety of administrative roles within The Texas A&M University System. A fourth-generation Aggie, she earned her Bachelor of Science in Journalism from Texas A&M and later launched her own online media and marketing business. Raised in a military family, Carolyn developed a strong sense of adaptability and service early on. She raised her family in Bryan/College Station and enjoys gardening, working on her family cattle ranch, and spending time with family and friends.
