Biography

Crystal Garcia-Williams is the Senior Administrative Coordinator for the Mays Business School Dean’s Office. Mrs. Garcia-Williams works with the Director for Corporate and Alumni Engagement, Mrs. Cindy Billington, in order to engage the Mays global alumni community and provide them with the resources needed to leverage this powerful network.

She has been with Mays since November 2016 and previously worked full-time with the Texas Military Department as the State Equal Employment Manager for the Texas Adjutant General. Mrs. Garcia-Williams currently serves as a Major in the Texas Army National Guard (TXARNG) and fulfills her duties one weekend a month along with a two-week annual training during the summer.

She has a Bachelor’s degree from St. Edwards University and is a part-time student with The University of Texas at Tyler where she is pursuing her HRD Master’s Degree.

Her hobbies include spending time with her family, volunteering with the Junior League of Bryan-College Station and the Bubba Moore Foundation, and serving on the Brazos Valley Rehabilitation Center Board of Directors.
