Biography

Charles Bennion is an Assistant Professor of Management at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School. His research examines what contributes to fulfillment, meaning, connection, and high achievement for employees and their leaders. He studies these issues through research on virtue and character, leadership, relational dynamics, prosocial behavior, gossip, music, and positive organizational scholarship.

Charles enjoys composing music, playing basketball, rock climbing, and spending time with his wife and their three high-energy boys.
