Corey Grantham is a Ph.D. student with a concentration in Organizational Behavior/Human Resource Management in the Department of Management at Texas A&M’s Mays Business School. He received his B.A. degree in Psychology at the University of California, Berkeley, and he obtained his M.S. degree in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from the University of Connecticut. Corey has 15 years of experience leading teams in both Fortune 500 companies and private firms. Prior to graduate school, Corey worked as a consultant in the San Francisco Bay Area where he coached international organizations on using evidence-based approaches to manage talent. Corey’s research interests include team emergent states, social power, personality, and racism and antiracism in organizations. He is a graduate student fellow in Texas A&M’s Hagler Institute for Advanced Study.
