Emma Bianchi

A native of California’s Central Coast, Emma first came to Texas A&M as an undergraduate student in the class of 2020. As a student, Emma found a a passion for organizational leadership. During that time, she found a home in Aggie Transition Camps, serving as Executive Director and developing programs for welcoming new transfer students into the Aggie Family.

Her passion for education, culture-building, and connection led her initially to public education, and then to the Center for Executive Development in 2023. Since joining CED as a program coordinator, Emma has worked closely with the rest of the team to design and implement high quality programs to help leaders maximize their potential. She fully believes in the impactful experiences the Center provides and cherishes the opportunity to extend the warmth of the Aggie Family to others.

Emma enjoys spending her free time with her husband and their dog, Happy, reading, quilting, and baking delicious treats to share with friends and family.
