Biography

Dr. Jennifer Strong is the Senior Director of Custom Programs and Client Engagement in Executive Education at Mays Business School. A renowned professor, Dr. Strong is an Association of College and University Educators Fellow, an Association for International Agricultural and Extension Education Fellow, and has been awarded the Association of Former Students Distinguished Award in Teaching at the University and College Level, USDA Outstanding Educator, Marion Teaching and Mentoring Award, Montague Center for Teaching Excellence Scholar, Association of Leadership Educators Rising Star Award, and Texas A&M University T-Camp Namesake.

Dr. Strong’s research focuses on the intersection of critical thinking, ethics, and followership in organizations. Her work has been featured in Administrative Sciences, The Journal of Leadership Studies, International Journal of the Scholarship of Teaching and Learning, and the International Journal of Ethics Education. She is the author of Ethical Leadership: Theory to Practice, which multiple universities have adopted for their undergraduate curricula. Dr. Strong is also the co-author of the behaviorally anchored QUEEN Model of Critical Thinking.
