Biography

Justin Shulse is Principal and Vice President of Development at William Cole Companies, a Texas-based, privately owned real estate development and investment firm that focuses on high-quality mixed-use developments, carefully crafted hotels, and master-planned communities. In this role, he oversees residential and commercial real estate projects and supports various development efforts from concept through completion, emphasizing strategy, planning, relationship management, execution, and delivery across both land development and fully designed assets. 

Shulse brings a broad professional background to real estate development, including earlier experience as a golf course superintendent and general manager, where he gained strong operational leadership skills and a deep understanding of land stewardship and project management.

He earned a Bachelor of Science in Agronomy from New Mexico State University in 1997 and a Master of Real Estate Finance from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University in 2024. 

Raised in a military family and having lived around the world, Shulse developed an adaptability to different environments and perspectives that continues to influence his professional approach. He lives in College Station, Texas, with his wife of 28 years, and they have four grown children.
