Kayley Roderick
Senior Program Coordinator - Client Engagement
Biography
Born and raised in College Station as a third-generation Aggie, Kayley graduated from Texas A&M University in 2016 with a BS in Sport Management. While studying at TAMU, she served as a Student Worker in the College of Engineering Human Resources office where she helped implement the Engineer Your Wellness program. After a semester at the United States Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, Kayley pursued a Master of Business Administration degree from Houston Baptist University. Graduating with an MBA in 2018, Kayley came back to TAMU where she spent close to four years in the College of Engineering as a Business Coordinator and most recently, a Development Assistant working with high-level donors both corporate and former student based. In July 2022, she joined the Center for Executive Development as Program Coordinator – Client Engagement.
Kayley strives to embody joy in her daily life which she credits to her relationship with Jesus Christ. Outside of work, Kayley prefers to spend time with her husband, Ryan and young son, Bryce. When not with family, you can find Kayley at Orangetheory Fitness or at the lake, boating, relaxing, and waterskiing.
