Software Applications Developer I
Marcus Salinas is a Software Developer for the Mays Innovation Research Center in the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University. He began working for the Center in January 2018.
Marcus’ role as Software Developer includes developing and maintaining software that all employees of the Center interact with every day, general information technology support, and managing student workers who develop other scripts and software that benefit the productivity of the Center.
He was born in Artesia, New Mexico, but shortly after his family moved to Midland, Texas where he lived the next 17 years of his life before choosing to attend Texas A&M University. He graduated from Texas A&M University in December 2017. In his free time, he socializes with friends, volunteers with the Navigators, and plays video games on occasion.
