Biography

Madeline (Maddy) Ong is an Assistant Professor at Texas A&M’s Management department. Prior to joining Mays, she was on the faculty at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Singapore Management University. She was also a visiting scholar at INSEAD Business School.

Her research interests include ethics, corporate social responsibility and leadership. Her research primarily examines how individuals can pursue work and lead others in ways that are aligned with their moral values, improve others’ lives, and benefit society. Her work has been published in Journal of Applied Psychology and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
