Biography

Toby Li is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Management at Texas A&M’s Mays Business School. He earned his Ph.D. from Rice University’s Jones Graduate School of Business. Prior to academia, he worked in the energy industry and was also a Fulbright Fellow. His research interests include strategic entrepreneurship, contractual bargaining, acquisitions, and international business. His research has been published in the Academy of Management Review and Academy of Management Journal.
