Diversity, Inclusion and Student Success is important to me because: I was that student! I was a first-generation, low-income, and underserved scholar who had no idea of what I was doing at Texas A&M University. I do not want my students to ever experience or feel that way. I will do everything in my power to create and oversee programs that serves these students to be the person who I wish I could have had at Texas A&M University.
