Biography

Fay Wilson is passionate about using data to support decision-making, improve outcomes, and drive growth in both business and learning environments. She enjoys analyzing data, identifying trends, and turning insights into practical strategies. She believes strong decisions should be supported by clear evidence and data.
Fay earned her Bachelor of Arts in English Education in Thailand and began her career as a teacher, where she developed learning materials and supported both classroom and online instruction.
She later moved into the e-commerce industry at Central Online, one of Thailand’s largest e-commerce platforms, where she worked as a Key Account Manager. In this role, she managed multiple sellers and brands, using data to analyze sales trends, forecast campaign performance, and plan promotional strategies. She worked closely with sales data and performance metrics to guide data-informed business decisions.
Fay also provided vendor support, advising sellers on store setup, platform tools, campaign participation, and operational improvements. She trained and supported vendors and employees on how to use e-commerce systems and data to improve their results.
She also worked as a financial advisor at AIA, helping clients make informed financial and investment decisions.
Currently based in Texas, Fay works as a learning and instructional design support specialist, supporting faculty and staff with learning technologies and course delivery. She is also pursuing a Master of Science in Marketing Analytics at Western Governors University to further strengthen her data analytics skills.
