Biography
Xiaoding Liu is an Associate Professor of Finance at Mays Business School, Texas A&M University. She received her Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Florida. Her research focuses on corporate culture, corporate governance, initial public offerings, and technological innovation. Her papers have been published in the Journal of Financial Economics, the Review of Financial Studies, the Journal of Financial and Quantitative Analysis, and the Accounting Review. Her work has been presented at many academic institutions and conferences (e.g., American Economic Association, American Finance Association, European Finance Conference, American Accounting Association, National Tax Association, and National Bureau of Economic Research).
