“Professional of the Future” explains how students will need to adapt to the changes in the workplace with analytics, robotics, automation, and more. It will focus on disruption in the workforce, and how professionals will have to adopt and adapt to new and exciting changes. Also, it will cover the future mindset professionals will need to have including analytics, global mindset, and innovation.

Anneliese Schumacher began her career with Ernst & Young in 2004 as a campus recruiter in the Los Angeles office. From 2004 to 2008, Anneliese oversaw campus recruiting efforts at several schools, including the University of Southern California, the University of California at Los Angeles, and Loyola Marymount University. In 2008, she moved into the Pacific Southwest Region Campus Recruiting Manager role where she oversaw a team of eight recruiters across four states, focusing on team development, internal processes, recruiting strategy, and university and faculty relations. In 2010, Anneliese relocated to Dallas to serve as the Southwest Region Campus Recruiting Leader, where she currently oversees a team of 24 campus recruiting team members across seven states, hiring over 900 interns and full time staff into the region each year. Anneliese has served on several national and global project teams at EY, including leading the 2014, 2015, and 2016 International Intern Leadership Conferences.  Prior to joining EY, Anneliese worked for Arthur Andersen and Deloitte in the areas of human resources and campus recruiting.
