He joined Hillwood Communities after a successful stint at ClubCorp. His leadership and accomplishments have been recognized by D Magazine, Dallas Business Journal and with a Distinguished Graduate Award from the Zachry Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M.

Alfredo is dedicated to education and philanthropy, supporting Texas A&M’s real estate programs, establishing scholarships, and serving on multiple boards while balancing family life with his wife, Laurie, and their two sons.

Payton Mayes ‘98 is the Chief Executive Officer of JPI. He started his career in New York working in the real estate private equity space before moving back to Texas in 2009. He was raised on a small ranch in Coleman, Texas and is happily married to Andrea with three children (Merritt – 2006, Channing – 2008, Stella – 2010).

Barry Moore is Principal and Co-Founder of Sago Capital. He leads commercial property sales and leasing and holds the CCIM and SIOR professional designations.
An alumnus of Texas A&M University (Class of 2005), he is also active civically, having served on the College Station Planning & Zoning Commission, City Council, and currently presiding over the Brazos County Regional Mobility Authority. Barry lives in College Station with his wife Morgan and their four children.

Fred, a Texas A&M alumnus with degrees in accounting and finance and a three-year football letterman, is deeply engaged in charitable and ministry work, serving on boards including JH Ranch and Texas A&M.
As CEO of Caldwell Companies, a fully integrated residential and commercial real estate firm, he leads with a focus on creating extraordinary communities that enrich lives for all residents. Married to his wife Susan for over 40 years, Fred treasures time with their daughters and grandchildren.

Pamela joined the Center in 2012 with a business background and experience leading teams. After advancing to Executive Director in November 2023, her focus is to broaden the Center’s outreach to the industry by listening to constituents and identifying the best ways to serve them.
She is a member of the Board of Directors of the Aggie Real Estate Program at Texas A&M University and the Texas Realtors Strategic Planning Committee. Pam believes the Center is uniquely suited to be a resource to the people of Texas through objective, relevant research that informs decision-makers across our state.

Prior to real estate, Hunter was a 9-year professional athlete in the National Football League. He lives in College Station, Texas with his wife, Amber, and two children.

He specializes in a total to over $1 billion in sales and leases of commercial and industrial properties in the greater Houston area and the Bryan/College Station area. Mr. Stark has completed sale and lease transactions totaling over $400 million. Mr. Stark received his BBA and MBA in 1984 and 1986, respectively from Texas A&M University.
