What Information Do We Collect?
Personal Information:
We collect personal and contact information you provide us in connection with your participation in the Competition, such as your name, address, school, type of master’s program in which you are enrolled, and so on.
How Do We Use and Share the Information We Collect?
We use your personal information to facilitate your participation in the Competition. We may disclose your name, school, and program to other participants and to the public. We will use and share your email, postal address, and phone number only as needed to administer the Competition, or as otherwise set forth in the Official Rules of the Competition.
In addition, we may share your personal information when we believe doing so is necessary (i) to fulfill an enforceable government request; (ii) to conform with requirements of the law or legal process; (iii) to protect or defend our legal rights or property, this Site, or other users, (iv) to protect the health and safety of you, Site users, or the general public; or (v) in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of the relevant assets.
We use other information we collect to analyze trends, to administer the Site, to improve the content of our web pages, and to make our Site more useful to visitors.
How Long Do We Keep Information?
We may retain your personal information in accordance with our continuing need to keep records of the Competition. We may retain aggregate information and other data that does not contain personal information, indefinitely.
How Can You Correct Your Information?
If you wish to update, correct or delete any personal information we have about you, send your request to Humana TAMU Analytics Team at Texas A&M. To help us process the request, please provide sufficient information to allow us to identify you in our records. We reserve the right to ask for information verifying your identity before we disclose or modify any information in our possession.
