Leasa Neaves is the Director of Diversity and People Programs for Dell Technologies. Leasa is an accomplished marketing professional who has a passion for developing and mentoring employees through the growth of their careers. She has held a variety of roles in Sales and Marketing, across multiple divisions, spanning her 22+ year career at Dell Technologies. She has extensive experience in strategy, field and vertical marketing, marketing communications, partner management, training, direct sales, and sales leadership. She has held a variety of leadership roles including serving as Chief of Staff to both Sales and Marketing Executive Leadership teams.
