Mark Schwartz is an Executive Professor at Texas A&M University’s Mays Business School, where he teaches graduate and undergraduate students in Compensation Management and Employment Discrimination Law. He has also served as an expert witness in related areas. Prior to teaching at Mays, he served as the CHRO and Senior VP at Waste Management. He was a trusted advisor to the CEO with an emphasis on executive development and succession planning. Responsible for the Talent Acquisition, Learning & Organizational Development, Labor Relations, and Compensation and Benefits groups. He received his undergraduate degree from A&M and his JD from Baylor.
