Hollie is the Senior VP of Talent & Environment, Social and Governance at Yeti. In this role, she leads all things talent, sustainability, culture, facilities, safety, and employee communications for YETI. She has built numerous high-performing teams and cultures across technology, consumer goods and energy industries. She is particularly passionate and experienced in working with Millennial and Gen Z workforces.

She has served on many nonprofit boards, is active in her community, and currently is an Advisory Board Member for the Center for Human Resources at Mays where she speaks regularly with our students. She has her International MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and her undergraduate degree from Marlboro College.
