Bob Jordan | Executive Vice President at Southwest Airlines

Full-Time MBA Speaker Series

Bob Jordan serves as Southwest Airlines’ Executive Vice President Corporate Services, providing executive leadership for People, Culture, the Southwest University, Diversity and Inclusion, and Communications and Outreach. During the past year, Bob led company efforts around voluntary retirement and leave programs that were critical to avoiding pay cuts, layoffs, and furlough in the wake of the pandemic. Throughout his tenure with Southwest Airlines, Bob has held the positions of EVP and Chief Commercial Officer, Executive Vice President Strategy and Planning, Executive Vice President Strategy and Technology, Senior Vice President Enterprise Spend Management, Vice President Technology, Vice President Procurement, Corporate Controller, and Director Revenue Accounting. As part of the carrier’s AirTran acquisition, Bob served as President of the AirTran subsidiary through the successful conclusion of the integration.
