Texas A&M University is a participating university in the Appraisal Institute’s Master’s Degree Program. The Appraiser Qualifications Board of the Appraisal Foundation has approved our masters in real estate program as part of its graduate degree review program.

Additionally, the Master of Real Estate program is among approved universities that receive credit for most of the core designation courses for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation.
