“We were tasked with putting together a site plan and architectural design with determining what kind of development would be most profitable and providing statements of annual cash flows, and providing a plan for managing the project over several years. Our project provided the developer with architectural, marketing, and financial input on what is a real-world project. Therefore we were compensated for our efforts much as consultants would be.”
